Behavior Change
Are they applying what they’ve learned and incorporating it into their work?
What behavior changes have you seen?
Results
Do you see positive results and tangible outcomes on their performance, projects and company?
Do they feel more engaged and supported at work?
Do they have more clarity in their goals and career trajectory?
